About the model
The R series has a direct drive, hydraulic drum lifting and lowering, and a motorised lid support. Product is discharged by tilting, without rotating the drum during unloading. Different internal paddles allow gentle, intensive or 3D processing, depending on the selected arrangement. R1650 has a drum capacity of 1,650 L. This is the smallest capacity in this series listed in the brochure. Connected load is 4.7 kW. Drum speed: 0.5–10 rpm. Dimensions of the selected model are shown below.

Application
For meat, fish, poultry and plant-based products. The large opening makes it easier to load larger pieces, including frozen blocks. Cooling or thawing configurations are possible according to process requirements.
