A rotor feeds the mixture to the forming plate, and the discharge belt carries the formed products away. Product shape, thickness and weight are matched to the required mould. The plate is made of food-contact plastic, measures 620 × 180 mm and has a maximum thickness of 16 mm.

For hamburgers and patties made from meat and other food mixtures. The manufacturer specifies 15–30 cycles per minute, or up to 1,800 hamburgers per hour; output may differ for non-meat products. A separate ćevapi system is available to order and is not included as standard.
