About the model
CVM combines several processes in one machine. The massaging arm and mixing tool can be used individually or together. Tools are easily removed for replacement or cleaning. Configurations with or without cooling are available. CVM 350 (C) has a bowl capacity of 350 L. Compared with CVM 250 (C), capacity is 100 L larger. Connected load is 3 (4) kW, compared with 2.5 (3.5) kW on the smaller model. Tool speed: 3–20 rpm. Dimensions of the selected model are shown below.
