About the model
HPI 650 offers a 650 mm working width, compared with 450 mm on HPI 450. The manufacturer’s table lists 160 or 243 needles for one head, or 320 or 486 for two heads. Product advance is 41 or 82 mm per stroke, at 15–55 strokes per minute. An additional injection head or mechanical tenderising head is selected according to process requirements.

Application
For industrial processing of bone-in and boneless products when a wider working area than HPI 450 is required. The transport rake advances the product in steps. Needle arrangement and head count are selected according to the raw material and brining process.
