About the model
Unlike HPI 450, HPI 450 S uses a conveyor belt and servo control. The 2025 brochure specifies an advance of 115 or 230 mm per stroke and 15–90 strokes per minute. This series was developed for precise injection into smaller products and integration with individual quick freezing (IQF) lines.

Application
For smaller poultry cuts, fish and suitable plant-based meat alternatives. At 450 mm, it has the narrowest working width of the three servo models shown. Required equipment and settings depend on the product and integration with the rest of the line.
