About the model
HPI 350 uses a stainless steel step-feed transport rake, advancing 30 or 60 mm per stroke. Compared with HPI 300, it has a greater working width, more needles and an adjustable stroke rate. A touchscreen panel, brine tank, anti-settling device and double-pipe heat exchanger are listed as optional equipment, rather than mandatory parts of standard delivery.

Application
For small and medium industrial facilities processing bone-in or boneless meat. Different needle counts and an adjustable stroke rate allow the machine to be adapted to the product and brining process.
