About the model
HPI 300 is a compact model with a stainless steel step-feed transport rake. The product moves 15 or 30 mm per stroke. The adjustable pressure plate can stop above the product or rest on it. Individually supported needles and automatic interruption of brine flow upon contact with bone allow bone-in products to be processed.

Application
For brining bone-in and boneless meat. With a 300 mm working width, it is the smallest model in the HPI range shown. Needle selection, pressure and feed step are matched to product size and the desired process.
