About the model
HPI 1000 S has a 1,000 mm working width, the largest among the seven HPI models shown. The brochure lists 968 needles for one head. A servo-controlled conveyor belt allows an advance of 115 or 230 mm per stroke at 15–90 strokes per minute. Working width describes the processing area, not the machine’s overall external width.

Application
For smaller poultry cuts, fish and suitable plant-based meat alternatives in industrial lines. Like other HPI S models, it is also designed for integration with individual quick freezing (IQF) lines. Needle arrangement and line connections are confirmed for the specific production process.
