The working worm first breaks the block in the feed hopper, then pushes the material towards the cutting set. The two-speed version allows operation to be matched to raw material hardness and plate openings; an AC-6 drive is optional.

Application
For processing whole frozen blocks without prior thawing, down to −25 °C according to the manufacturer. Specify block dimensions and required particle size when selecting a model. Lower speed is used for harder frozen material and smaller plate openings; higher speed is used for coarser grinding.
