About the model
The feed worm directs raw material towards the working worm. The basic version has two working-worm speeds and three feed-worm speeds; an AC-6 drive with six programmable speeds is optional. The basic hopper holds 400 L; larger hoppers and integrated loading devices are selected according to configuration.

For grinding fresh and cooked meat and pre-cut frozen material, within the manufacturer’s stated range of −18 to +85 °C. For whole frozen blocks, see universal models or GW/GX machines. Plate and drive selection must account for raw material temperature and the required grinding fineness.
